Our Philosophy
We constantly adapt ourselves to the market and out client needs, but our philosophy hasn't change since 2003. Indeed, thanks to our personalizes service, our guests feel pempered at their private luxury home. Furthermore, the owner has the flexibility in using the property at any time since the management will be in connection with the owner target.
Dedicated Management
To set up the villas and perform at best on a day to day basis, in addition to our Operation Manager and Villa Manager we have dedicated teams for accounting & financial reprot, legal & tax, chefs, hospitality, cheanliness, maintenance, pool specialist and landscaper.Keep the highest standard means constant trainings.
Marketing Success
For each property we assess and develop strategies to reach owner targets. After 8 years in the business we have built a large network including direct marketing through Internet, Google Adwords on targeted countries and keywords, a personalized website for each villa, over 80 local agents, 23 internation agents covering 12 countries and selected madia.In addition we have a special cooperation with balibooker.com
