Villa Cempaka is a new four bedrooms beachfront villa. Together with two other villas in its complex, the villa enjoys private man-made golden sandy beach, just a few steps away from the villa. The private beach sets its distinction not only among other villas in Candidasa but also in Bali. It is comprises of two two-story building interconnected with each other in an L-shape formation, allowing the ocean views enjoyable from almost every corners. On the left hand side upon entering the inner gate is an open living area overlooking to infinity swimming pool and further the ocean. The living area features a large dining table for 8, comfortable sofas with state-of-the-art multimedia entertainment system, and modern Western-standard kitchen.

On the right-hand side of the inner gate is the downstairs master bedroom with spacious verandah directly facing the beach. In between is a staircase leading to the upstairs area with three bedrooms. Two guest bedrooms are located at the upstairs area on top of the living area. Meanwhile the upstairs master bedroom is similar as the downstairs master bedroom.

Connecting the upstairs bedrooms is expansive balconies with sunken built-in seating spaces suitable to lay back lulled by ocean breeze. Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors along the ocean-facing side of the bedrooms allow the breath taking views of the ocean enjoyable from the bed. As standard to all bedrooms, these bedrooms are air conditioned and en-suited with luxurious bathroom.
