Pejeng is about 10 minutes drive from the centre of Ubud and roughly an hour from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Surrounded by lush rice terraces and scattered hamlets Pejeng has been continuously inhabited for over 1000 years.

Royal Pejeng is a stunning residence featuring three bedrooms (double bedrooms, twin bedroom and single bedroom) each with en suite bathrooms. The reception room is elegant and understated with the impressive original mouldings continued from the outside of the building. This room will brook no decoration as it is, of itself, essentially decorative. It is also completed with lounge and dinning, private courtyard with relaxing bale and swimming pool.

The Residence has benefitted from the families' fame and has seen a veritable Who's Who of the famous foreigners to visit the island. Artists Walter Spies and Donald Friend stayed here. Han Snel and Antonio Blanco were also frequent visitors in the 1960's.The first president of Indonesia, Bapak Sukarno, was also a visitor from time to time.
