This outstanding villa of 450 m2 sitting atop
of 5000 m2 of cultivated gardens is composed of three separate
buildings mixing harmoniously modern and Balinese styles, overlooking
the large pool and the ocean. The villa was designed to maximize
use of the outdoors, as well as providing guests with quality
living, dining and sleeping area. All rooms are spacious and
guests will surely appreciate the small selection of antiques
found throughout this impressive home.
The main building features a large formal
dining area, a study room, three fully air-conditioned bedrooms
with ensuite bathrooms including a private outdoor plunge pool
for the master bedroom, and the best equipped kitchen of any
private home in Bali. A separate guest house is situated closer
to the beach and features two air conditioned bedroom each with
its own terrace, dressing area, open-air bathroom and a small
living area. The pavilions is a 100 m2 open-plan living room
with 2 distinctive sitting areas.
At your full service,
a manager is supervising 19 permanent staff including
five well training cooks, four maids, five 24-hour
security guards, three gardeners and pool attendants
and two maintenance men.
The outstanding villa
is set right on the large sandy beach well-known
amongst surfers yet close enough to offer easy access
to the best shops , finest restaurant and entertainment
places of Seminyak and Legian. The villa can only
be accessed by private road and is within 30 minutes
from the airport.
