The 810 m2 villa is composed of one two storey building and 5 different pavilions. The main house is adjacent to a large sundeck and a long swimming pool. The architecture is traditional Balinese in different composition of materials used and the garden with a huge banyan tree surrounded by tropical flowers, young bamboos, elegant antiques and Balinese statuary

The main house is made up of two floors with a large wrap-around deck on the second floor, topped by an alang-alang roof. At one end of the ground floor is the dining room with his stately sixteen-seat wooden table that was custom built for the house. Separated by a wide counter with complete bar stools is a large open plan western style kitchen with all the modern amenities. Adjacent, is the living room with a complete audiovisual center, as well as large couches opening out onto the sundeck. At the other end of the ground floor is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there are three distinctive bedrooms. At one end is the master bedroom with its own marble tiled bathroom and large walk-in closet. This bedroom opens a large wrap-around deck that overlooks the rest of the estate. Located at the other end of this floor are two other bedrooms, which share another marble tiled bathroom with walk in shower. The gym ties behind the guesthouse and next to the river in its own small building. Running along the front is a wooden deck overlooking the river.

At your full service, the estate is serviced by 15 staff. All with a sound knowledge of English: 1 manager, 1 personal driver, 2 internationally trained chefs, 4 maids, 3 gardeners, 4 security guards
